AgeWell Yoga: New Online Classes for Over 50s.
Liz Hoare (Trimurti), founder and lead teacher of AgeWell Yoga is now teaching exclusively online.
Weekly Zoom sessions are held as follows:
- Mondays Yoga For Better Breathiung. 8AM-9AM
- Wednesdays Yoga and Meditation. 9.30AM-11.15AM
Recordings are available after each class so that you will never need to miss a class.
Prices are as follows:
Monday: £100 for a 10 week term.
Wednesday:£120 for a 10 week term.
Concessions: £60 for 10 week term.
These classes are designed for people who are seeking a more gentle approach to Yoga in the classical tradition.
Liz fosters a compassionate and thoughtful learning environment where everyone works at their own pace. The practice gracefully integrates asanas, breathing techniques, and meditative awareness to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and enhance self awareness.
